When will I see the deposit in my account?
Your deposit is processed within 2 business days. You will be informed by e-mail that a deposit has appeared in your profile. If you made your deposit over the weekend or during the holidays, crediting your account may take longer, as the bank only wires funds on business days.
Do I have to go to the bank in person?
No, you can also make a wire transfer via online / mobile banking.
What is my Fumbi ID?
This is a registration number under which you are registered as our client. It is essential for the verification and correct processing of your deposit.
I did not enter my Fumbi ID. How do I proceed?
As long as the name of the bank account holder matches the name of the Fumbi account holder, the deposit will be processed. If this condition is not met, please contact us at email@example.com from your login e-mail address, and briefly state what happened. We will address your issue as soon as possible.
Where should I enter my Fumbi ID?
For each payment, please enter your Fumbi ID as a sort code, payment reference, payer reference, identifier or as a recipient note. Enter your Fumbi ID in all boxes that make it possible to do so. Thank you.
What if I made a deposit from an account that is not in my name?
We ask the bank account holder to write a statement and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org from their e-mail address saying that these are your funds. If you intend to use this account for other deposits as well, please ask the bank account holder to attach a statement that other deposits are also made from your funds.
What should I do if I made a deposit by mistake?
If you made a deposit in your profile but did not make a wire transfer, everything is fine. We do not have access to your bank account.
I canceled my deposit, but my money left my bank account. Why?
As we do not have access to your bank account, it is not possible to cancel the wire transfer in the profile. If the payment has not yet been processed, it can be refunded upon request. In this case, contact us at email@example.com from your login e-mail address.
I made a deposit, but the money did not leave my bank account. Why?
If you made a deposit in your profile but did not make a wire transfer in your bank, you did not actually make a deposit, you just submitted a request. The deposit must be made via a wire transfer at your bank, as we do not have access to your bank account.
Can I make deposits from different bank accounts?
If the bank accounts are in your name, you can. The withdrawal is then wired only to the account you have listed in your profile.
I have made a deposit. What is next?
As soon as your Fumbi account is credited with your deposit, you can monitor the development of the investment. Its value and yield are updated every 15 minutes. You can make additional deposits. The first withdrawal is possible 30 days of registration. Then you can make withdrawals at any time. When will my funds arrive?
Your withdrawal will be processed by us within 2 business days. Your payment is subsequently wired to your bank account. It may take longer for your funds to arrive if banks process the respective order in the afternoon or at the weekend.
Is it possible to make a partial withdrawal?
The lowest amount for a partial withdrawal is EUR 10,000. With a lower amount of funds in the account, you can only withdraw the entire investment, i.e. with the profit included.
I have made a withdrawal by mistake. Can it be cancelled?

What is a storage cancellation?
This involves the transfer of cryptocurrencies to the client's public addresses. Upon storage cancellation, your account will be locked and it will not be available for any future use.
What is the difference between withdrawal and storage cancellation?

Why do you need all the photos?
It is important for us to find out and verify the identity of each client. Since physical verification of identity is not possible, we have introduced verification of the client's identity in electronic form, which also means verification of whether the person is the same as appearing on the identity document (ID card or passport).
How are my data and documents protected?
It is essential to protect your personal data and the documents you have uploaded. This type of security is the same as used by the financial institutions.
How long will you store my data?
The obligation to store the client data arises from the law, for the period stipulated therein. Currently, the statutory period is limited to 5 years.
Will my account be canceled when I make a withdrawal?

Can I open another account besides the one I have already?
Yes, it is possible for a client to have multiple accounts.

We recommend waiting for them to be received and then contacting us at email@example.com with your request from your login e-mail address. We will cancel your account within 2 months of the request. What is a referral?
This is recommending Fumbi to your acquaintances, friends or family. Your referral earns you a reward tied to the deposit or profit of the referred.
What are the benefits of making referrals?
If your acquaintance registers via your link and makes a deposit, you will receive a reward of 10% of their license fee, deducted by us from their deposit. For each deposit, you will then receive a reward of 10% of their license fee. In case of a withdrawal made by your acquaintance if they show profit, you will receive 10% of our profit fee.
What are the benefits for the referred?
The referred will receive a 10% discount on the license fee deducted by us.
How do I know if someone has registered through my link?
In the "Transactions" section of your profile, you can see the rewards credited to your deposits. However, it is not possible to find out who has registered via your link, as it is not possible to share client data.
I referred someone, but I didn't get a reward. Why?
If your acquaintance did not register via your link directly and immediately, the accounts did not get linked. In such case, no reward can be granted.
How do I know if the referred has registered?
It is not possible to find out who has registered. If you have referred someone and the person has made a deposit, a reward will appear in your transactions and will be credited to your deposits.
What does current value mean?
The current value shows the total amount you have in your account.
What is a yield?
The yield represents the appreciation of your investment, i.e. the increment to your investment. You can see the yield in your profile in the local currency.
What is a profit? Why is it lower than the yield?
The profit is net income minus the fees.
I have already made a withdrawal. The deposit indicator shows me a higher balance. Why?
Deposit information contains a summary of all deposits the Fumbi account has been credited with. This detail does not get deleted.
Can you send me an account statement?
We do not send account statements. However, this can be done on request. All the transactions that you have in your profile make up your account statement.
Why are the cryptocurrency prices in the profile different than on other sites?
The most common reason is that on other sites, the prices of cryptocurrencies are stated in USD. We quote prices in euros.
Where can I see the exchange rates at which I bought the cryptocurrencies?
After clicking on "Show details" next to each transaction in your profile, it is possible to view the prices of cryptocurrencies at the time the transaction was processed and credited to the Fumbi account.
