Kampányszabályok – November = 100% kedvezmény a díjból

1. Basic information

1.1 The promoter and organizer of the campaign is FUMBI NETWORK j. s. a., registered office: Suché mýto 6,6, 811 03 Bratislava, ID No.: 52 005 895, registered in the Commercial Register of the Municipal Court of Bratislava III, Section: Sja, Insert No.: 57/B (hereinafter referred to as “FUMBI” or “Organizer”).

1.2 The name of the campaign is Promo Code NOVEMBER = 100% Off the Fee (hereinafter referred to as the “Campaign”). The Campaign takes place from 17 November 2025 to 18 November 2025 until 11:59 p.m. (hereinafter referred to as the “Campaign Duration”).

2. Participation in the Campaign and its terms and conditions

2.1 The Campaign is open to any natural person above the age of 16 years who has duly completed his/her registration through https://fumbi.network (including its language versions) or any other website or other software solution operated or owned by FUMBI (collectively referred to as the “Platform”) and has also complied with the other terms and conditions as per these Campaign Rules (hereinafter referred to as the “Campaign Participant”).

2.2 A condition for including the Participant in the Campaign and for the Participant to become entitled to receive a 100% discount on the Ongoing Exchange Fee for one Deposit when purchasing FUMBI portfolio Products, except for the Staking Portfolio, is the simultaneous fulfillment of all of the following conditions (hereinafter also referred to as the “Campaign Conditions”):

(a) duly completed registration of the Campaign Participant on the Platform and conclusion of the Platform Terms and Conditions Agreement and the User Agreement between FUMBI and the Campaign Participant;

b) the execution of a Deposit by the Campaign Participant into any FUMBI portfolio Product (Fumbi Index Portfolio, Advanced Portfolios, or Bitcoin and Gold) except for the Staking Portfolio, during the Campaign Duration;

c) entering the NOVEMBER promo code when making a Deposit under (b).

2.3 For the purposes of the Campaign Terms and Conditions, making a Deposit means crediting the funds to the FUMBI bank account specified in the Platform Interface by means of a bank transfer or by using any other payment method supported by the Platform (in these Campaign Terms a “Deposit”). The FUMBI Bank Account shall mean the FUMBI Account associated with the Products. The Campaign Participant shall be obliged to make the Deposit exclusively by the methods and under the terms and conditions set out on the Platform, and in this respect, FUMBI may require specific payment details (specific symbol, constant symbol or other) necessary to identify the Campaign Participant Deposit. In the case of sending a Deposit from a bank account, it shall be required to be sent from a bank account held in the name of the Campaign Participant or from an account in relation to which the Campaign Participant has a right of disposal or other similar right; this shall also apply mutatis mutandis in the case of the use of any other means of payment.

2.4 A Campaign Participant who meets all the Campaign Conditions will be granted a 100% discount on the Ongoing Exchange Fee for one Deposit during the Campaign Duration, which the Participant would otherwise be required to pay in connection with the execution of the Deposit in accordance with the User Agreement and the applicable Price List.

3. Exclusion from the Campaign

3.1 The Organiser reserves the right not to include in the Campaign or to exclude from the Campaign any person who fails to comply with all the Campaign Terms and Conditions set out in these Campaign Rules. 

3.1 The Organiser also reserves the right to exclude from the Campaign persons who are reasonably suspected of having committed fraud, misuse of the rules and/or conduct contrary to good morals in connection with the Campaign and/or who have fulfilled the Campaign Terms and Conditions by fraudulent conduct; fraudulent conduct leading to misuse of the rules is for these purposes also considered to be attempts to carry out multiple registrations by the same person (creation of multiple profiles). The right of the Organizer to exclude persons from the Campaign also applies to persons who have violated the Campaign Terms and Conditions or those persons: i) who have not completed the verification of their identity in terms of fulfilling FUMBI’s conditions for full registration on the Platform and the conclusion of the User Agreement, ii) whose contact details, including email address, are manifestly incorrect, contain vulgarisms or other verbal expressions that are contrary to generally acceptable social morals and ethics.

4. Processing of Personal Data

4.1 The Organizer processes the personal data of the Campaign Participants in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data.

4.2 Since a Campaign Participant can only be a User who has entered into a User Agreement with the Organizer and makes a Deposit in accordance with the Campaign Conditions, the legal basis for processing the Participant’s personal data is the performance of a contract under Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR. The processing of personal data is necessary to ensure participation in the Campaign, verify the fulfillment of the Campaign Conditions, apply the fee waiver for the Deposit, and comply with the Organizer’s related legal obligations.

4.3 Personal data are not stored separately after the end of the Campaign but continue to be processed as part of the ongoing contractual relationship with the User for the purposes of fulfilling the User Agreement and complying with the Organizer’s legal obligations.

4.4 The Campaign Participant has all the rights of a data subject under the GDPR, including the right to request access to personal data concerning them, the right to rectify personal data, the right to erasure, the right to restrict processing, and the right to data portability. The Campaign Participant also has the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.

4.5 Detailed information on the processing of personal data is provided in the Organizer’s Privacy Policy, published on its website.

5. Final provisions

5.1 The Organizer is not obligated to reimburse Campaign Participants for any costs incurred in connection with their participation in the Campaign. There is no legal entitlement to be included in the Campaign. Participation in the Campaign is non-transferable.

5.2 The Organizer reserves the right to shorten, extend, postpone, interrupt, cancel, or unilaterally modify or supplement the Campaign rules at any time during its duration without compensation. Any changes to the Campaign Rules will be announced in the same manner as the Campaign itself. The Organizer commits to informing participants of such changes and making the new consolidated Campaign Rules available.

5.3 The Organizer is entitled to verify compliance with the Campaign Conditions and to unilaterally and definitively decide on any issues related to the Campaign. The Organizer reserves the right to exclude a Campaign Participant from the Campaign if they have violated these Campaign Rules or acted in any way contrary to these Rules.

5.4 The Organizer unilaterally and definitively decides on any disputes, complaints, or objections related to the Campaign.

5.5 Terms with capitalized initials not defined in these Campaign Rules have the meaning specified in the User Agreement, which is available at https://fumbi.network/hu/dokumentumok/.

5.6 These Campaign Rules are published on the Platform’s website, and the effective date of these Rules is November 17, 2025.
