Fumbi Product Update – June 2024

June is here, and with it comes our regular Fumbi product update, which ensures that our products are optimized as well as new cryptocurrencies are added to Fumbi. Quarterly updates have long been one of our key product management tools, ensuring that our products keep up to date with current trends in the world of cryptocurrencies while meeting all the necessary formal criteria and standards.

During May, Fumbi’s Investment Committee met to discuss the current market situation as well as any opportunities and risks that the cryptocurrency market currently presents. After a long and very active discussion, the Investment Committee made key decisions regarding the update of our products in the current market conditions. At Fumbi, we place emphasis on ensuring that the composition of our products and the portfolio of cryptocurrencies we offer are in line with the current news and trends in the cryptocurrency world. In addition, the Investment Committee has accepted and voted to add several new assets in which you can invest starting today.

Fumbi Index Portfolio

Our dynamic Fumbi Index Portfolio is still one of our clients’ most popular products, through which anyone can invest in more than 20 cryptocurrencies with just a few clicks. This is also why we are constantly monitoring and analyzing this product so that it follows the development of the cryptocurrency market itself as closely as possible. During the June update, we added one new cryptocurrency to the Fumbi Index Portfolio:

Fumbi’s Investment Committee also decided to remove one cryptocurrency from the Fumbi Index Portfolio that does not meet the formal criterion of being in the TOP 50 in terms of market capitalization.

Fumbi Custom

The Investment Committee has agreed to expand the cryptocurrency offerings in our product Fumbi Custom. You will now find two new cryptocurrencies in this product that you can invest in starting today.

• Binance Coin (BNB)

Advanced Portfolios

In researching current trends in the cryptocurrency market, the Investment Committee has come to the decision to create a new investment template for you that focuses on tokenizing real-world assets. Our new template is called RWA – Real World Assets and from today you can invest in it through the Advanced Portfolios product.

In the world of cryptocurrencies, Real-World Assets (RWA) represents a new concept in tokenizing assets from the traditional financial world. For example, it can be the tokenization of real estate, securities or stocks, which are transferred to the blockchain and represented by tokens. The digitisation of these assets allows for easier trading, greater transparency and liquidity, while bringing traditional investment options into the world of cryptocurrencies.

For our RWA template, we have selected the four largest real-world asset tokenization projects currently underway. The composition of this investment template is as follows:

• Mantra (OM) – 25 %
• Pendle (PENDLE) – 20 % 
• Polymesh (POLYX) – 15 %

The Investment Committee also discussed the possibility of expanding our Advanced Portfolios product to include new cryptocurrencies that are currently very popular and have interesting potential for the future. Based on the suggestions made, the Committee decided to add up to 10 new cryptocurrencies, the highest number of new cryptocurrencies ever added during a quarterly update.

The new cryptocurrencies were selected based on their potential and growing popularity in the crypto market. We believe that the new cryptocurrencies as well as our new template will allow you to customize and optimize your investment strategy to achieve your desired investment goals.

There were no modifications to existing templates in the Advanced Portfolios product during this update.
