Competition Rules – Summer with Fumbi Pays Off

1. Basic Information

1.1. The announcer and organizer of the competition is FUMBI NETWORK j. s. a., with its registered office at: Suché mýto 6, 811 03 Bratislava, Company ID No.: 52 005 895, registered in the Commercial Register of the Municipal Court Bratislava III, Section: Sja, Insert No.: 57/B (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).

1.2. Crypto-asset services and Products available through the Platform are provided by FUMBI, s. r. o., with its registered office at Suché mýto 6, 811 03 Bratislava, Company ID No.: 55 651 232, registered in the Commercial Register of the Municipal Court Bratislava III, Section: Sro, Insert No.: 177108/B (hereinafter referred to as “FUMBI, s. r. o.”), which is a crypto-asset service provider pursuant to the relevant legal regulations.

1.3. The name of the competition is Summer with Fumbi Pays Off (hereinafter referred to as the “Competition”).

1.4. The Competition takes place during the period from 01.07.2026 until 31.07.2026 at 11:59 PM (hereinafter referred to as the “Competition Period”).

1.5. The Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or otherwise associated with Apple Inc., Meta Platforms, Inc. (operator of the Facebook and Instagram social networks), ByteDance Ltd. (operator of the TikTok social network), or Google LLC (including YouTube and Google services). None of the above-mentioned companies acquire any rights or obligations related to the Competition in relation to the Competition Participants.

2. Participation in the Competition and Its Conditions

2.1. Any natural person over 16 years of age who has properly completed their registration through https://fumbi.network (including its language versions) or any other website or software solution operated or provided by the Organizer (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Platform”) and has also fulfilled the other conditions under these Competition Rules (hereinafter referred to as the “Competition Participant”) may participate in the Competition.

2.2. A condition for including the Competition Participant in the Competition and for the possible entitlement to the Prize specified below is the simultaneous fulfilment of all of the following conditions (hereinafter also referred to as the “Competition Conditions”):

a) proper completion of the Competition Participant’s registration on the Platform, conclusion of the Agreement on the Conditions of Use of the Platform with the Organizer, and conclusion of the Client Agreement with FUMBI, s. r. o.;;

b) making a Deposit in the amount of at least EUR 10 into any Product available through the Platform and provided by FUMBI, s. r. o. (Fumbi Index Portfolio, Advanced Portfolios, Staking Portfolio, Custom Choice or Bitcoin and Gold) by the Competition Participant during the Competition Period; for the purposes of these Competition Rules, a “Product” means a crypto-asset product or service provided by FUMBI, s. r. o. through the Platform;

c) entering the promo code “SUMMER” when making the Deposit pursuant to letter b).

2.3. For the purposes of the Competition Conditions, making a Deposit means the crediting of funds to the payment account designated for making Deposits within the Platform, as specified in the Platform interface, by bank transfer or through the use of another payment method supported by the Platform (hereinafter referred to in these Competition Rules as a “Deposit”). The Competition Participant is obliged to make the Deposit exclusively by the methods and under the conditions specified on the Platform, while in this connection FUMBI, s. r. o. may require the provision of specific payment details (variable symbol, constant symbol or others) necessary for the identification of the Competition Participant’s Deposit. In the event that the Deposit is sent from a bank account, it must be sent from a bank account held in the name of the Competition Participant or from an account with respect to which the Competition Participant has a disposal right or other similar right; this shall apply mutatis mutandis in the case of the use of another payment instrument.

2.4. For every EUR 1 of the value of a Deposit made during the Competition Period, the Competition Participant shall be assigned one ticket for the Competition draw. The number of tickets is determined automatically based on the value of Deposits made during the Competition Period. Tickets serve exclusively for internal draw record-keeping purposes and are not displayed in the user interface of the Platform.

3. Announcement of the Competition, Evaluation, Announcement of Competition Results and Prize

3.1. The Organizer shall announce the Competition on 01.07.2026 via the Platform, its website at www.fumbi.network, the Organizer’s social media profiles, or through other online communication or marketing channels used by the Organizer, including services operated by META Platforms, Inc., Google LLC, or ByteDance Ltd.

3.2. The Organizer shall select a total of 3 Competition winners from among all Competition Participants who fulfil the Competition Conditions, by means of a draw.

3.3. The prizes in the Competition are 1× iPhone 17 Pro, 1× Apple Watch Series 10, and 1× Apple AirPods 4. The physical prizes will be sent to the winners via Slovenská pošta or a courier company. After the end of the Competition, the winners will be contacted by the Organizer or FUMBI, s. r. o. via the email address associated with their Account on the Platform.

3.4. Competition Participants acknowledge that, in connection with their participation in the Competition, they may be contacted by the Organizer or FUMBI, s. r. o. at the email address assigned to their Platform Account for the purpose of informing them about the prize and carrying out related actions necessary for the organization and evaluation of the Competition.

3.5. The Competition Participant or winner is not entitled to request financial compensation or any other performance instead of the prize and is not entitled to any other performance from the Organizer except for those specified in these Competition Rules.

3.6.The Organizer shall decide on suggestions, complaints, or objections concerning the Competition unilaterally and with final effect.

3.7. The Organizer is entitled to verify the fulfilment of the Competition Conditions and to make a final and unilateral decision on any matter connected with the Competition.

4. Exclusion from the Competition

4.1. Persons who are in an employment relationship or a similar employment-law relationship with the Organizer, FUMBI, s. r. o., or any other company within the FUMBI NETWORK group, persons directly involved in the preparation, organization, or evaluation of the Competition, as well as close persons of such persons within the meaning of the applicable legal regulations, are excluded from the Competition.

4.2. The Organizer reserves the right not to include in the Competition, or to exclude from the Competition, persons who fail to properly and timely fulfil all Competition Conditions specified in these Competition Rules.

4.3. The Organizer also reserves the right to exclude from the Competition persons with respect to whom there is reasonable suspicion that they have committed fraud, abused the rules and/or acted contrary to good morals in connection with the Competition and/or fulfilled the Competition Conditions through fraudulent conduct; for these purposes, attempts by the same person to carry out multiple registrations (creating multiple profiles) shall also be considered fraudulent conduct aimed at abusing the rules. The Organizer’s right to exclude persons from the Competition also applies to persons who have breached the Competition Conditions, or those persons: i) who have not completed verification of their identity or fulfilled the conditions necessary for the proper completion of registration on the Platform and conclusion of the Client Agreement, ii) whose contact details, including email address, are obviously incorrect, contain vulgar expressions, or contain other wording contrary to generally accepted social morality and ethics.

5. Processing of Personal Data

5. 1 Both the Organizer and FUMBI, s. r. o. process the personal data of Competition Participants in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data.

5.2. The Organizer processes the personal data of Competition Participants to the extent necessary for the organization and evaluation of the Competition. FUMBI, s. r. o. processes personal data to the extent necessary for verifying compliance with the Competition Conditions related to the Client Agreement, Products, and the making of Deposits. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is the performance of a contract pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) GDPR and the legitimate interest pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR consisting in the organization and evaluation of the Competition.

5.3. Personal data are not stored separately after the end of the Competition but continue to be processed within the framework of ongoing contractual relationships between the Organizer and the Platform user, or between FUMBI, s. r. o. and the client, for the purposes of fulfilling the Agreement on the Conditions of Use of the Platform, the Client Agreement, and compliance with the relevant legal obligations.

5.4. The Competition Participant has all rights of a data subject under GDPR, including the right to request access from the Organizer to personal data concerning the data subject, the right to rectification of personal data, the right to erasure of personal data, the right to restriction of processing of personal data, and the right to data portability. The Competition Participant also has the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Office of the Slovak Republic.

5.5. Detailed information on the processing of personal data is provided in the Organizer’s Privacy Policy published on its website.

6. Final Provisions

6.1 The Organizer shall not be obliged to reimburse Competition Participants for any costs incurred in connection with their participation in the Competition. There is no legal entitlement to inclusion in the Competition. Participation in the Competition is non-transferable.

6.2 The Organizer reserves the right, without compensation, to shorten, extend, postpone, suspend, or cancel the Competition, or to unilaterally amend or supplement the Competition rules throughout its duration, by announcing a change to the Competition rules in the same manner as the Competition was announced. The Organizer undertakes, when amending these Competition Rules, to inform about the implemented changes and make available the new consolidated Competition Rules.

6.3 Participation in the Competition and the receipt of a Prize do not constitute investment advice, a recommendation, or a guarantee of returns. The value of crypto-assets may fluctuate and investing in crypto-assets involves risks.

6.4 This Competition shall be deemed a promotional competition pursuant to Section 4(6) of Act No. 30/2019 Coll. on Gambling, which serves to promote services available through the Platform and is not a separate business activity of the Organizer. Participation in the Competition is not conditional upon payment of a separate entry fee into the Competition. Funds deposited by Competition Participants in connection with the use of Products remain recorded within their client relationship with FUMBI, s. r. o. in accordance with the relevant Client Agreement.

6.5 Terms beginning with a capital letter that are not defined in these Competition Rules shall have the meaning set out in the Agreement on the Conditions of Use of the Platform or in the Client Agreement of FUMBI, s. r. o., unless the context indicates otherwise.

6.6 These Competition Rules are published on the Platform Website and the effective date of these Competition Rules is 01.07.2026.
