Who we are

We are a Slovak / European company that brings easy and safe cryptocurrency investing to everyone.

Fumbi has held a trade license for providing services related to crypto-assets in accordance with applicable legislation for several years.

We are currently in a transitional period – the new European MiCA regulation (Markets in Crypto-Assets) is already in effect, introducing a unified regulatory framework for providing crypto-asset services across the EU. Until 30 December 2025, however, these services can still be provided by entities that were authorized under previous regulations, such as Fumbi.

From 31 December 2025, offering crypto-asset services will require a license from the National Bank of Slovakia. Fumbi has proactively responded to this change and submitted a timely application for authorization under MiCA, and we expect to receive approval no later than 30 December 2025 to ensure uninterrupted service provision.

At the same time, we already adhere to strict standards in consumer protection, anti-money laundering (AML), and client verification (KYC). Our priority is to provide services transparently, securely, and in compliance with both current and future regulatory frameworks – so our clients can trust that their investments are in good hands.

Fumbi holds an authorization to provide services related to crypto-assets in accordance with currently applicable legislation.

At the EU level, the new MiCA regulation (Markets in Crypto-Assets) has already come into force, introducing a unified regulatory framework for the provision of crypto-asset services. Until 30 December 2025, however, there is a transitional period during which such services can continue to be provided by entities that held the relevant authorization under the previous rules, such as Fumbi.

Fumbi has submitted its application for a MiCA license on time and expects to obtain it by 30 December 2025 to ensure uninterrupted operation after the transitional period ends.

Our priority is to provide services transparently, securely, and in line with the latest regulatory standards – so that our clients can trust that their investments are in good hands.

Fumbi offers a simple and secure way to invest in cryptocurrencies – without the need for technical knowledge or a personal wallet. You can invest in several products according to your preferences and goals.

The most popular product is the Fumbi Index Portfolio managed by the Fumbi Algorithm, which mirrors the movements of the entire cryptocurrency market regardless of individual asset performance.

With the Advanced Portfolios product, you can create your own personalized crypto portfolios that align with your investment goals and preferences – or choose from our pre-made templates. This product is designed to offer greater flexibility and freedom in selecting and buying cryptocurrencies that meet your criteria.

Invest in the Staking Portfolio with an expected annual reward of 5–7% in cryptocurrencies. There are no entry or annual fees, and the reward is credited weekly.

With the Fumbi Custom product, you can purchase cryptocurrencies at your own discretion.

With the Bitcoin and Gold product, you invest equally in Bitcoin and PAX Gold – a cryptocurrency backed by real gold – combining the potential of a fast-growing sector with the stability of gold.

For Fumbi Index Portfolio, Fumbi Custom, and Bitcoin and Gold, you can set investment rules using Take Profit and Stop Loss features.

Fumbi’s goal is to make cryptocurrencies accessible to everyday people – clearly, efficiently, and securely.

Any individual over the age of 16 and any legal entity interested in cryptocurrencies as an investment tool with the highest growth potential.
Your deposit is immediately exchanged for cryptocurrencies, which are the direct property of the investor and are not part of Fumbi’s balance sheet. The cryptocurrencies are then stored in Fireblocks – one of the most secure custody solutions on the market, which is also insured against hacking attacks. Fumbi also undergoes regular audits by the independent firm SGS Slovakia. The purpose of the audit is to compare the total balances of all cryptocurrencies in client wallets with their current values on respective blockchains. The audit also confirms control over these assets. Fumbi is the first cryptocurrency investment company to receive this type of certification.

Investing

No confirmation is required. However, before you start investing, full customer verification (KYC or “know your customer”) must be completed. This can be done using an ID card or passport. If verifying with a passport, you will be asked to provide proof of address. This can be done, for example, with a utility bill, a bank statement (no older than 3 months), or a residence permit. All verifications are done by uploading documents directly to your secure profile, without any intermediary, ensuring your documents remain safe.
Before you invest, you are required to perform a complete customer verification (KYC or “know-your-customer”). For this you need first of all an ID card or a passport. When verifying your identity with your passport, we will also ask you to confirm your address. You can provide proof of your address, for example, on an invoice or bank statement (not older than 3 months) or on your residence permit.

If the value of your investment starts at or rises to €10,000 or is found to correspond with the list of politically exposed persons, we are obliged by law to request proof of income from you to combat money laundering and the financing of terrorism. All verifications will be done by uploading the documents to your secure profile.

Whether you’re planning for big goals, long-term security, or simply want your money to “work” more efficiently, investing opens the door to financial freedom.
Investing through Fumbi is designed to be simple and understandable, even for complete beginners – just choose an amount, verify your account, and make a deposit. However, if you’re someone who wants more control, we also offer options for a more hands-on investment approach. It’s up to you whether you prefer a convenient solution with minimal effort or want to take a more active role – Fumbi gives you the space for both.
Markets naturally fluctuate, and these fluctuations can contribute to better returns over time – especially when you invest regularly. This is particularly true for the verified crypto-assets that form the foundation of Fumbi portfolios, where a patient, long-term approach often yields better results than trying to time the market. Long-term investing reduces stress from short-term volatility and increases the likelihood of maximizing your investment.
The time span of holding the purchased cryptocurrencies is up to you. You can discontinue or resume investing at any time. However, we recommend long-term investing with a horizon of at least 2 years.
Cryptocurrencies are still in their infancy, so they have huge growth potential. The more they are used, the more the cryptocurrency market will grow, and with it the investments you made at the beginning of this development.
The cryptocurrency market is still quite volatile. It is therefore advisable to invest only an amount that will not burden you financially when the market falls. With us, you can start with an investment as low as €50 for the Fumbi Index Portfolio, Advanced Portfolios, Staking Portfolio, Fumbi Custom, and Bitcoin and Gold, or investment of €500 in the Fumbi Business product, intended for legal entities.
Regularly investing smaller amounts is a great way to build a habit, spread risk, and smooth out market fluctuations. However, if you have a larger amount available, you can invest it all at once – especially if you believe in the market’s long-term potential. The most sensible strategy is often a combination of both: regular investing, with occasional extra deposits during market dips.

Profit

The area of cryptocurrency investing is the area with the highest profit potential. However, profits cannot be guaranteed as it is not possible to predict or influence market developments. Your return depends on the size of the cryptocurrency market at the time of your deposit and its subsequent movement. If the market grows, your investment will grow with it.
Profit cannot be guaranteed as it is not in our power to influence the market. The development of the investment depends on the development of the cryptocurrency market.
The amount of profit depends on market developments – if the price of cryptocurrencies rises, your investment will grow as well, and vice versa. Additionally, the profit also depends on the investment strategy you choose.
It is not possible to talk about a specific period in terms of profit. The market can rise at any time, e.g. by 20 %, even in one day. It can also fall in a day.

The Fumbi Index Portfolio does not include all cryptocurrencies available in our offer – only those that meet strict criteria for stability, market relevance, and technological potential. Thanks to this, the portfolio reflects overall market movements while remaining safer and more suitable for long-term investing.

  1. Enter your email address

First, enter your email address and confirm your agreement with the platform’s terms of use and privacy policy. You can also choose to register via Google or Apple account.

  1. Email verification

We will send a 6-digit code to your email address. Enter the code in the form. The code is valid for 30 minutes, and you can request a new one if needed.

  1. Create a password

Next, create a strong password according to the displayed criteria (minimum 8 characters, combination of letters and numbers/symbols).

  1. Account type

Choose whether you want to set up a personal or business account.

  1. Enter your name and surname

In the next step, enter your name and surname. These details can be changed after account verification.

  1. Promo code (optional)

If you have a promo code, you can enter it here.

  1. Identity verification (KYC)

After creating your account, you’ll be prompted to verify your identity – a short process that takes about 3–4 minutes. You’ll need an identity document and a camera. The verification is done through our trusted partner.

Once registration and identity verification are completed, you can fully use all features of the Fumbi platform.

The account maintenance fee depends on the value of your Fumbi account. The fee is waived for the given calendar month if the user makes at least one deposit of €50 or more into any product (excluding Fumbi Credit). More details can be found in our price list.
 
If you’re a Fumbi client, you can recommend Fumbi to your friends, acquaintances, or family. Simply share your unique code or registration link, which you’ll find in your profile. For every friend who registers and deposits at least €100 into any portfolio product within 30 days, you’ll receive €10. The reward will be credited to your Fumbi Index Portfolio within a few business days after the conditions are met. Learn more.
Yes, Fumbi or the client may terminate the agreement at any time by written notice, even without giving a reason. The notice period is one month. Simply send an email to Fumbi Customer Support at support.en@fumbi.network. The notice period starts from the date the termination notice is delivered to the other party. Learn more.
You can cancel your account at any time. If you have an investment in it, you need to make a withdrawal and only then request the cancellation of the account.
No, the account remains active for future use. No fees apply to the account without investment, so there is no need to cancel it.
It is not possible to designate any person other than the disposer. The account verifies the investor to whom the Fumbi account is linked and is non-transferable.
Yes, legal entities can invest through Fumbi Business.
No, cancelling your account is free
Yes, the Fumbi account and the investment are subject to inheritance proceedings.

Data

Income from cryptocurrencies is subject to taxation. Adjusting the composition of your portfolio on a daily basis is also considered as buying and selling, so you need to check each year, based on the documents you will have in your profile, whether you are liable to pay tax. We recommend that you consult your tax advisor for further advice.
In your profile you will find all the documents you will need to complete your tax return.
The purchase and sale of cryptocurrencies is also considered to be a change in the composition of the portfolio, which is carried out on a daily basis. Therefore, you need to check annually, based on the documents you will have in your profile, whether you have incurred a tax liability.

Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is €50 for natural persons and €500 for legal entities.
When you deposit, the exchange rate when your deposit is credited to your Fumbi account will apply.
Deposits are processed within 1–2 business days after your funds are received in our account. If you make the deposit in the afternoon, on a weekend, or during a public holiday, the bank will typically transfer the payment to us on the next business day. However, if you choose the Fast Bank Transfer option, your deposit will be processed faster than with a regular bank transfer.
Depositing in cryptocurrency is not among our standard services. We plan to add it in the future.
The time it takes to see the deposit in your account depends on the payment method and the accuracy of the details – especially whether the funds were sent from an account in your name. If your bank supports instant transfers, the deposit may appear the same day, especially if it arrives in the morning. Otherwise, it usually takes 1 to 2 business days. If you feel it’s taking longer than expected, feel free to contact us – we’ll be happy to check it for you.
You can make deposits by logging into your profile. However, customer verification is required prior to your first deposit. You will then select the product through which you wish to invest and enter the deposit amount. You will then choose a payment method. Once you have entered the amount, you will receive your payment details. The same details will also be sent to your email. This is how you enter your deposit request. As we do not have access to your bank account, you will need to enter a transfer order where you will enter the details you have received, whether in person, via internet banking or mobile banking.
The deposit can be made via bank account, in person at your bank, with a VISA payment card, Eurocard or Mastercard.
Deposits can only be made from an account to which you have a right of disposal. Withdrawals cannot be made in cash and are only sent to the account associated with the Fumbi profile.
Deposits from a legal entity account can only be accepted in the case of a deposit into the Fumbi Business product. Such a deposit to a natural person’s account is not possible.
We recommend having your own bank account in your name. However, it is also possible to use a bank account for which you can document the right of disposal.
It is possible to document the right to dispose of the account and make deposits and withdrawals to the bank account. However, we generally recommend that you have your own bank account in your name.
In your profile, you only cancel the deposit request. Fumbi does not have access to your bank account, so it is not possible to cancel a deposit with us. You can only do so at your bank by cancelling the payment order if the payment has not yet gone through.

Withdrawal

Withdrawals are possible at any time. However, after changing your phone number, withdrawals are not allowed for 3 days.

The minimum amount for a partial withdrawal is €50. The remaining balance on your account must also be at least €50 after the withdrawal.

Your withdrawal will be processed within 2 business days. After that, the money is sent to your bank account. The crediting of funds may take longer if banks process the payment in the afternoon or over the weekend.
You withdraw at the rate in effect at the time you submit your withdrawal request. You can see this rate when you enter your selection. No regard is taken to further market developments.
Withdrawal is only possible in euros. If you are interested in cryptocurrencies, you can cancel the custody. For each cryptocurrency in the portfolio, enter a public address where we will send the specific cryptocurrency. It is also possible to make a transfer in a single cryptocurrency. In such a case, you can choose Bitcoin or Ethereum. In the case of conversion of other cryptocurrencies to BTC or ETH, the exchange fee is deducted from the given amount of remaining cryptocurrencies according to the current price list. Cancellation of custody is only possible for all products at once. After receiving the completed form, we will contact you with further instructions within five working days. In order to cancel the custody, appropriate steps must be taken, and the client must undergo complete identification.
Your withdrawal will be processed by us within 2 working days. We will then send the payment to your bank account. It may take longer to credit your funds if the banks process the order in the afternoon or at the weekend.
The withdrawal cannot be cancelled.
